diagnostic
We offer professional appliance diagnostics to identify issues quickly and accurately. A prepaid diagnostic deposit is required to schedule an appointment.
Refrigerator Diagnostic: $100.00
Stove, Washer, Dryer Diagnostic: $75.00
The diagnostic fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward the total cost of the repair if you proceed with service. If you choose not to move forward with the repair, the amount will be issued as in-store credit toward a future service or appliance purchase. Credit is limited to 30 Days after diagnostic.

We offer appliance installation for a flat $75.00 anywhere in the Tri-Cities when you purchase an appliance from us. Our team will set up the unit, make sure it is level, connected properly, and running so it is ready to use.
Installation is available for appliances purchased through us so we can ensure everything fits and works as expected. It is a simple and affordable way to have your appliance set up correctly without the hassle
warranty
All appliances we sell, both new and used, include a 6-month warranty covering the unit in its entirety under normal residential use. If any functional issue occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the appliance at our discretion.
For repair services, the warranty applies specifically to the part that was replaced and the related labor for that repair. This ensures the work performed is protected while keeping service fair and straightforward.
